Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer fast shipping to many locations in the United States except for states that restrict the sale of CBD: Idaho, Nebraska, and south Dakota. All items ship via USPS Priority Mail. please allow 24-48 hours processing before orders ship. Please note USPS Priority is not a guaranteed service.

Returns

You may only return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.

Cancellation

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations done after the 24 hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing, we can not allow chargebacks that exceed certain limits or our payment processing could be suspended.

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

refunds

We offer full refunds on any product as long as it is not CBD Flower. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately!

Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local customs office.

We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.

Hummingbird Farms Botanicals strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
